Q1: Where's your company located?
A1: Our Head office and Showroom is located in Xiamen City, Fujian Province, China, It only takes 20mins by car from Xiamen International Airport to our head office. Our factory is in Fuzhou, Fujian Province. To our factory, it takes about 40 mins from the Fuzhou Airport or 30 mins from Fuzhou Railway Station. You are warmly welcome to visit our head office and factory.

Q2: How do I purchase your goods?
A2: Please email us or call us to tell us the items you need, we'll reply you ASAP. If possible, please provide information as detailed as possible, like the item number of items you chose from our website, and your quantity, and when do you need the goods etc, that will be easier for us to know your request and give you direct quotation. 

Q3: How long is the lead time?
A3: Usually it takes around 40-55days to finish production according to your quantity. If you need the goods urgently, please tell us, we can provide the goods faster if we have materials for the models you want in stock. 

Q4: How can I get a sample from you?
A4: After confirming the sample model and design, we can send you samples by courier like FedEx, UPS, and DHL etc… If you need items like small boxes, we can provide them free of charge. Only for big items like big suitcase, trunk, furniture, we need to charge a little. Courier freight needs to be covered by you, which can be returned to your account when you would place order.

Q5: How can I pay you?
A5: For mass production goods, you need to pay 30% by T/T as deposit before production and 70% balance upon receipt of Bill of Lading Copy. The most common way to pay us is by T/T. L/C at sight and Pay pal is also acceptable. 

Q6: Can I check quality of goods before delivery?
A6: Yes, you can come to our factory by yourself or ask colleagues from your Chinese office or even ask a third party inspection company to check the quality of goods before delivery.

Q7: Do you attend any exhibition?
A7: Yes, we attend Canton Fair JINHAN FAIR on 21^st -27^th, April & October of every year.
JINHAN FAIR is in Poly World Trade Center Expo, Pazhou, Guangzhou, China, near to the Canton fair exhibition center (Opposite to Area B, Beside Area C of Canton Fair). It just takes about 10 mins to go between Canton Fair and Jinhan Fair. If you come to Canton Fair, you can come to visit our booth and many thanks.
